cannot install 4Suite-XML #23

I couldn't install 4Suite-XML with either the 2009Q1 version or the trunk
version. It complains about KeyError: 'EXTENDED_ARG'. Attached is the
output from running easy_install 4Suite-XML.

This is a bug in 4Suite-XML: the BDistEgg module is assuming that certain 
opcodes
will always exist, irrespective of Python version or Python implementation. We 
have
eliminated the EXTENDED_ARG opcode, and BDistEgg.py:get_constants() doesn't 
make any
allowances for that.
