Eight School discussion #4

PR Goal: Provide references for Eight Schools model, especially so I can use this notebook as a reference in other notebooks such as Effective Sample size Review is optional as always :)

Discussion is non technical, meant for people new to the space. For me when I first started reading into Bayesian blogposts, lectures etc, I kept wondering what the hell the eight schools problem. It took me a while to learn the full history. Hoping this helps solve that problem for newcomers, as well as serve as a reference for those who are experienced as well.

Overarching Goal: Provide further reading references for all models in model zoo. Will follow up with a notebook for Radon study

One pain point I'm having is citations. I couldn't find a good citation generator for notebooks.

I can experiment with formal citations to see how they render. One question I have, what format is common in Bayesian papers? (MLA, APA, etc)

Regarding the comment about model topology/divergences I intend to include that discussion with each of the ArviZ methods. n_effective in particular will include it the eight school model as an example. I think that'll meet that suggestion.

In regards to citations for now it seems I can assume no well supported tool exists and I'll just keep putting them in as links until something better comes along
