Description

Add changelog to website
- [x] Code style is correct (follows pylint and black guidelines)
- [x] Proper documentation (with an example if appropriate)

The changelog file (https://github.com/arviz-devs/preliz/blob/main/CHANGELOG.md) is updated automatically with every release, we should use that file for the webpage too.
