Documentation isn't building notebooks #138

Since version 0.4.2, the documentation for version 0.4.3 is not building the notebooks. The images that should be built are also missing from the built _images directory. The examples are building just fine.

This was a problem with my requirements in https://github.com/arvoelke/nengolib/blob/master/docs/requirements.txt

This issue will be covered by https://github.com/arvoelke/nengolib/issues/136.
