Start and character creation

• [ ] Hardcore start option as it was implemented in the demo: Initial character creation disabled. You won't be able to assign any initial points so they'll be reset when starting. After that everything will be as usual, you'll continue to earn attribute and skill points when you level up.
• [ ] Standard start as it was implemented in the demo: Initial character creation enabled. You can also start quickly and without build a detailed character now, assign only the points you want or even assign none, you can assign all unused points later.
• [ ] If we choose standard start, we can start a new game without finishing assigning the points or even without assigning any of them, just pressing the "done" option which should always be available (unlike in vanilla, where we needed to assign all the points first in order to start a new game)
