Bring back the texture quality option (Video settings)
The option will be called "Texture quality" and the parameters would be:
1 - Very low or Potato hehe (up to 128px)
2 - Low (up to 256px)
3 - Medium (up to 512px)
4 - High (up to 1024px)
5 - Very high (up to 2048px)
6 - Ultra (up to 4096px)
