The distribution info are missing when installing from distribution package on Ubuntu / Arch Linux.

Note the documentation in README.md should probably be updated now that textstat is no longer used.

I've gone and updated the plugin to support both syllable-counting and character-counting. In doing so, I've bundled textstat into the package by just copying it in, which is probably the easiest way of doing dependency management for these plugins.
