Add a recreate game button - add explanation of cards during a game

Important: 
A choice to restart game after finishing one,it is annoying to make rooms
over and over

Less important:

Changing languages stored in .xml

Changing pictures of cards when i press and hold right and slide to other
cards.

Adding expansions,when creating a room,small embedded window with
checkboxes which expansion to play,they could be also stored in .xml,which
makes it easy to make more expansions.

After holding mouse above card for 5 seconds (or less seconds,or more
seconds...) a small textbox will show,saying what is the function of
card,like "Catling - Bang at everyone" (i can not explain well :) )

Local play with bots to not overload server.

Game over lan.

Garbage,nothing important:

Better background - choice to change backgrounds

I agree that a "recreate" button could be useful when playing offline or only 
with 
bots, but in a certain way it would be 'dangerous' online without bots: new 
players on 
the server risk to remain out of already full tables and anyway there would be 
less 
'recirculation'.
