I'm an Outlaw with 1 life point left: if another player kills me (also 
with a Duel played by him) he draws 3 cards from the deck for killing an 
outlaw (Kbang is ok); if I play a Duel on another player and lose it being 
eliminated, the other player does not pick up the 3 cards (while in Kbang 
it does)

This issue is related to issue #4. Fix for that issue partially solves this one.
