Games asks for Beer when get killed in 1v1. #54

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Get killed when only two players remain and you have a beer in your hand.
2. The game asks to use a beer to revive yourself even though you can't use
a beer 1v1.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to not be asked to use a beer since it has no effect anyway.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows XP Version 0.1.3

IMHO (not an expert on game rules) you *can* revive yourself using the beer 
card even
if only two players are left. (This is the only use of the beer card in 1v1, 
isn't it.)

Beer has no effect at all when only 2 players left.
