A ban / Timmer is needed #66

They are some users (Actually, Manro) that enter in ALL the matches, and dont 
do anything. He only stay and destroy the match. And when he open 5 clients, 
and do that all the time, and you can't play thanks that. 

So i think a BAN or a timmer is needed to quit this kind of players that only 
want to destroy the community
