User Story

As a therapist accept/decline patients request to connect

Regular Process

Sent a PUT request to /users/{:uuid}/invites/{:uuid}/accept Sent a PUT request to /users/{:uuid}/invites/{:uuid}/decline

respond with sucees if authenticated and data exists
respond with error otherwise
