I think it would be useful that at the start of the simulation, when MITHRA shows all the parameters, the charge were printed in Coulombs, as it is easier to understand intuitively than showing it in elementary charges.
Something like this
Wed Jun 17 08:27:32 2020 ::: classes.cpp:385 ::: Number of macro-particles = 1000
Wed Jun 17 08:27:32 2020 ::: classes.cpp:386 ::: Total number of electrons in the cloud = 1.846e+08
Wed Jun 17 08:27:32 2020 ::: classes.cpp:387 ::: Total charge of the cloud = -2.95729e-11
Wed Jun 17 08:27:32 2020 ::: classes.cpp:388 ::: Initial mean gamma of the bunch = 100.41
