Button is not linked to form #13

Env: T3

Expected result:

Following buttons when clicked should take the user to required form.

Buttons are: Become a member, Book an Appointment, Write to us

Actual result:

When the buttons are clicked, user is NOT taken to the required form.

Still working on it.

The buttons are linked to the form but the cursor does not appear on the form!
