SNPs only #33

we're only supposed to have SNPs in our counts

Let's also filter indels out of the WASP counts, just to be doubly sure.

Ok, commit https://github.com/aryam7/as_analysis/commit/8b2e79521e0ad9d0b90a792fa76025830a320ed9 should have fixed this, but you should test it first.
