Recently i want to reanalysis download form SRA with accession code "SRP050338"
I download these data and install guideseq.py and i try to run the analysis steps individually. However, I find i don't have index1 or index2 fastq file so i can't do the operation of "umitag" at the very first. And I want to ask how can i repeat your results with the data you uploaded in SRA?
