Bedtools does not exist, but we need it #31

Hello,when I run hichipper，I met a problem that：Bedtools does not exist, but we need i. In our server , there are a lot numbers of bedtools of different versions . However , in ~/.bashrc file ,I define a environmental path to the newest version of bedtools. However , i failed to run hichipper. why? Thanks!

Hi @werhoog,

Could you send a cat of your .yaml file as well as the command that you used to execute hichipper?

Thank for your reply, now it have been solved. It is i have older version of R without install “diffloop” packages. Thank you for the same！
