Hey Aryah, we ported a v2 site where I hacked your previous addon to support workshop and needed same in v3 so here's a PR that listens for EntrySaving (not in the CP) and does the checking.

When Workshop is eventually ported, this will work there too as it's a core event.

I don't have time to test this atm but also don't want to hold up the PR, so please give it a test run after this next release is tagged.
