Conversational memory

the first four endpoints are implemented - create/get conversation/interaction. still yet to do:

• rename all the endpoints to be more in line with the smithy api spec
• actually run this on a cluster
• pagination
• security
• other endpoints, such as delete
• probably some more testing can be done
