Thanks for reporting this. The license is the one from MIT. I will take your advice on copy-pasting and not editing it (just added line breaks, and a typo :S)
GitHub automatically detects the license type and add a label on the repository stats bar.
How would you make this more clear?

Unless you are going for a custom license (for whatever reason), I would recommend you copy the original licenses' text and paste it in, and not hand-type it.
