Changes all references from official exp/shiny to as/shiny. The latter contains a faster swizzle for amd64 CPUs, and a workaround that addresses an annoying screen flicker on macOS. It also removes all locks, so don't use it if you call upload non-serially.
Note: the improved swizzle requires AVX2 instructions, this is checked at runtime once.
