When I install an app in SandVXposed can I bypass safetynet?

No :) It's virtual Environment with xposed by default Is not possible to bypass it since sandvxp is not Pre Installed With Official Google And Only Way To Get It Is Developer SHOULD Working Together With Google Company If Desire
