%20 in title and notification #684

1. I selected a file to play in my file browser
2. I played the mp3-song in gnome-mplayer

In the notification(in Ubuntu) are always "%20" instead of " ".
In the window title of gnome-mplayer it's the same problem.
Everything else works correct.

I'm using gnome-mplayer 1.0.8 on Ubuntu 13.04.

In the attachements are some screenshots.

See if SVN r2445 works any better.
