gnome-mplayer doesnt find mate-screensaver in mate-session

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. start gnome-mplayer inside mate-desktop session
2. load a video
3. video doesn't play, only sound and gnome-mplayer freezes.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Video should play.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

fedora all versions

Please provide any additional information below.

'gnome-mplayer --reallyverbose' shows that g-m freezes after trying to disable 
mate-screensaver.
Unfortunately dbus support for mate-session-manager and mate-screensaver is 
missing in the code.
A patch which fixes the issue is attached.

Note, this is the last thing which prevent me to obsolete my gnome-mplayer fork 
for mate desktop ;)
