Fix bugs in #9 and #10. Replace gulp with sass (#11) - [merged]

Merges feature/asacolips/replace-gulp -> master

• 9: Removed template prop in actor sheet. This is already being

  handled via the template() getter, and this path was invalid.

• 10: Fixed invalid DEFAULT_TOKEN constant.

• 11: Remove gulp and replace build commands

  • Updated .nvmrc to use node 20.
  • Removed gulpfile.js due to Gulp being deprecated.
  • Updated package.json to remove dependencies other than sass.
  • Updated package.json dependencies.
  • Replaced build command to call sass directly.
  • Replaced watch command to call sass directly.
  • Moved scss/ files into src/scss/ to make it more clear they don't have to be distributed with the system.
