Feature Request: Add TOML support for extra tabs #104

Add support for extra tabs with (at least) support for an expansible list that can be customized to have input fields.

Main features that could make use of that: Masks Sheets module's Influence tab and Roots module's Tracks (the whole PbtA Track feature is in need of a rework).
