Playbook button not showing for all actors of type Character #89

Foundry version: 11.315 PbtA version: 0.7.3

If you create custom actor types the custom actors that are of the type 'Character' but not the core character as defined in the character sheet then the playbook button does not show.

Here is a screenshot of the "core character" actor with the playbook button showing actor_type_that_is_character_in_the_toml

here is a screenshot of a "custom Actor of type Character" with the playbook button not showing Other_actor_of_type_charactor_that_is_not_the_core_character
