Clear google event id from appointments when provider disables the Google Sync Feature. #25

Whenever the sync feature is disabled (for a single provider or for all the 
system providers) the appointment "id_google_calendar" field must be empty. 

That is because if synchronization will be enabled again in the future, all the 
appointments must be considered as unsynced.

This will be fixed in Easy!Appointments v0.7 (Beta Version).
