Providers working plan if OFF appoint should not be created by admin | Working Plan Day name Tuesday is 2 times #49

Currently installed Easy!Appointments v1.0. 

1)
i observed that if a provider is OFF admin can still assign a appointment to 
this provider although it's unavailable on client side. LIKE if Dummy is a 
provider and he is OFF on Friday but appointment is being created by Admin on 
Backend Section. i believe there should be a check in New Appointment -> 
Appointment Details, here date should be selected before a provider is being 
selected. So while selecting there should be some filtration of providers 
against the TIME and DATE whether provider is available or not. 

2)
In Provider -> Working Plan section Thursday is missing, there is Tuesday 
rather than Thursday. which i changed in file to correct.

i would like to suggest new significant features. still I appreciate this open 
source effort. this is awesome. Thanks
