What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. After installation, I reach http://magiclifemantra.com/easyappointments/
2. On filling values, I press Install button
3. Nothing happen. What have I done which is not right ?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect, it to install & take me to next page. It's stuck over here

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
