Exiting with hardware keyboard leaves virtual keyboard in a weird state. #389

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Start a session, then open hardware keyboard.
2.  Exit connectbot, either via home button or disconnect.
3.  Close hardware keyboard.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should have no effect.  Instead, the virtual keyboard pops up over the home 
screen.  The back button will close it.

What version of the product are you using (you can see this by using Menu
-> About in the Host List)?

10/27 git build.

What type of system are you trying to connect to?
N/A.

If you are able to connect, what is the output of "echo $TERM", "uname -a",
and any other relevant information on the host?
N/A.

Please provide any additional information below.
This happens on the Samsung Epic 4G.  It happens whether you open the hardware 
keyboard before or after you start connectbot, and whether you start it via a 
shortcut or from the app drawer.
