Desire Z hardware keyboard problem #405

The are three problems:
1. Native Desire Z tab key wouldn't work as tab in connect bot
2. Numeric keys is not accessible without "ALT", so it's impossible to generate 
F1-F10 actions.
3. The no possible to switch language to russian with hardware keyboard.

Use ConnectBot 1.7.1.2010.10.08.

What type of system are you trying to connect to?
Debian

I'm attaching keylayout and keychars files I'm currently use in my phone. (Got 
a little changes from original)

If I'm not mistaken, the tab key on desire Z is still not mapped to tab.

This is still not fixed in current git version of connectbot :(
