Renaming connected host while multiple sessions active breaks links #406

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Connect to a saved host
2. Connect to a (new?) host
3. Rename one of the hosts
4. Go to the hosts menu and try to access the renamed host

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It pulled up the host I hadn't renamed. Swiping left/right let me access that 
active connection, but its link to the hosts menu is broken.

What version of the product are you using (you can see this by using Menu
-> About in the Host List)?
V1.7.1
