Updated InitOpitions: added bool matchmaking.
Added class MatchMakingOptions.
Added StartMatchMaking()

RPC is not working in public rooms in the demo game.

So far, the issue of "RPC not working in public rooms" seems to be related to the JS SDK. However, this issue has not been reported or hasn't surfaced in the JS SDK yet. So for now, we're merging the PR for continuation.
