[Feature-Request]: RPC mock mode #71

What do you want to see?

RPC seems like a core feature for networking, hence it seems like we should support it in Mock Mode. However, this might mean adding a second player in mock mode, to actually test it out? I don't know yet.

We're refactoring Mock Mode, so this should come after it.
