Improvements - Update docker image and check exit code

Planned improvements:

Docker images can be optimized to alpine or basic python image to reduce build time
Check exit code to fail the job based on whether the tests passed or not
Update documentation and release v1.0.1

v1.1.0 has had significant improvements in documentation, status code check and fixed bugs regarding no file found.
