Links in dashboard faulty / nonexistent, course non-editable #56

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Edited course.yaml file, launched on GAE. 
2. Added new course from admin.
3. Accessed course from appspot, localhost, and multiple browsers (Chrome, 
Firefox, Safari)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output is a dashboard with edit options (see here: 
https://code.google.com/p/course-builder/wiki/Dashboard). All pages shown have 
faulty or nonexistent links and no edit options (see attached pic).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Using GAE 1.8.2, Course Builder 1.5.1, Python 2.7, Mac OSX 10.7.5

Resolved- downloaded new Course Builder files and started over.

How did you start over? I haven't been able to remove any previous courses. 
I've deleted all files (courses and GAE folders) but a new download and install 
still shows all previous courses when launched on the local system.
