Character controller defects with native bullet #459

Using trunk r9113

* The character controller slides around on flat mesh colliders a little. In my 
use case the character is standing on a grid of 1 unit squares, with a height 
of about 1.5 and radius of 0.5.  If you walk around a little and stop, then the 
character oftens slides a little.

This can also be seen in the physics character demo, when standing on the cube.

* Step height doesn't appear to work correctly.  With a step height of 0.6, the 
character fails to step up a 0.5 unit step. In fact I've only been able to get 
the character to step up with a step height over his top and walking under a 
step.

* More of an aside, but it would be nice if the physics character demo included 
stairs for testing step height and a ceiling for testing jumping and hitting 
the character's head.
