Ogre3D importer is not compatible with Blender 2.63+ #501

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Export a model from Blender 2.63 using latest blender2ogre plugin

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It will fail since jME3 cannot parse non lowercase boolean values in xml and 
because the tags in the submeshnames tag arent submeshname but are submesh
