Search "stemming" and "pluralization" should be in place

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. From Home
2. Click or enter suggested keyword "Park"
3. View limited results

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Combine "Park" and "Parks" query results.  They outta be the same.

Park:
http://footprint2009dev.appspot.com/search#q=Park&num=10&start=1&timeperiod=ever
ything&cache=1

Parks:
http://footprint2009dev.appspot.com/search#q=parks&num=10&start=1&timeperiod=eve
rything&cache=1

Also, update UI to suggest "Parks".  Seems more intuitive to the user.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
FF 3.0.10

Please provide any additional information below.

Google Base is supposed to handle this.
