Date Range is Incorrect for (at least) Idealist and Americorps #203

I'm pretty sure this is different than Issue #22 (front-end rendering of
dates):

Go to
http://footprint2009dev.appspot.com/search#num=10&start=1&vol_loc=des%20moines%2
C%20ia&timeperiod=everything&cache=1

Sector Board Liaison- VISTA Volunteer
July 31 - July 30, 2010

The feed data (from idealist) is:
                <dateTimeDuration>
                    <startDate>2009-08-01</startDate>
                    <endDate>2010-07-31</endDate>
                </dateTimeDuration>

The correct behavior is to display:
August 1, 2009 - July 31, 2010

If the back-end is pushing the correct dates to the front end, then I
suggest re-opening Issue 22.

I see this error on both idealist and americorps opps.

these are still important, but moving out from 1.5 i.e. super nice to have
for 1.5 but not necessarily realistic

actually, I got it: this is a timezone issue, i.e. we're presuming that these
are
GMT/UTC when they're actually some timezone in the US.
