'everything' shows less results than other time frames #239

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. search 'Education' results
2. Click on 'everything' 
3. click on 'this week'

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
'Everything' should show more or atleast same no of results as in 'this 
week'. But 'everything' does not include 'week' or 'month' results.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Not able to repro. 

On that server, I clicked on "Education" (everything is selected by default), 
then
clicked on "this week".

the "this week" view only offered 1 page of results, but the everything view 
offered
several pages of results.

Am I missing a step?  I was not logged in at the time, does that make a 
difference
for you?

marking invalid for now-- I'm sure we'll get another bug report if this is real.
