User name should be hot and link to activity page

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to any logged in page

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
User name should link to activity/profile page. Right now, it isn't hot.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

We didn't design this for v1.  This is something we want to do though.  Moving 
this 
to 1.5
