Redirects not working #287

As of now, we are unable to click on to landing pages. For example, 
clicking on titles in the homepage and search results page gives an error.  
It stops at a redirect page and not the landing page.  We get redirect 
error:

This page is sending you to http://www.volunteer.gov/gov/results.cfm?
ID=5626
If you do not want to visit that page, you can go back.

We tried this against all browsers.

memcache needs to be flushed between deploys as this value is currently cached.
