Run lemon on final build and fix any necessary issues

Matt ran lemon.  Several issues were found.  Matt, do we need to make these

the fixes are warnings about IE6 and images that we control, i.e. zero actual 
risk.

that said, IMHO we should apply the fix (which is trivial) to get Lemon to be 
zero-
warnings, so we don't can treat any warnings as serious and not accidentally 
miss them.
