Old listings from Idealist still appearing in results #323

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Search for "Seniors" with location "Boston, MA"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Results C, F, and G ended in April or May and are listed as expired when
you click through to Idealist, but still display in the results.

erring on the side of adding searchqual label (for searchqual prioritization)

these are still important, but moving out from 1.5 i.e. super nice to have
for 1.5 but not necessarily realistic
