Add back Meta title tag once AddThis allows it #356

In adding AddThis in issue 308, I had to take out the Meta Title tag due to
a bug in the AddThis that broke in IE when that tag was present.  Once that
bug in AddThis is fixed, the tag should be added back in.

AddThis fixed the bug, so this is fixed in r921
