slim down the initial suprfetch call: 139 KB of JS!!! #362

ouch: the initial <script> call downloads 139KB of JS, before we
fire off the search query.  ouch.

addthis.js is an easy one: 15KB pre-compiled JS
ga.js is another example.

as a matter of good discipline, since v1.5 is technically live,
re-targeting for v1.6

(since there's few issues in 1.6, they won't get "lost in the noise")
