After sign-in, the user name SHOULD NOT be linkable #397

It appears that in the QA and DEv push, the name of the user in the header is 
now linkable.  It appears to be going to activity page.  It should not be 
linkable.  It should be just white bold text.

I made it linkable as requested in issue 256 - was that issue referring to 
something
else?

moving to 1.6 so they're not lost... some of these are super easy.

I can take care of this, but can someone confirm that we actually do want to 
remove
the link, and reverse the change in issue 256 that was done for 1.5?
