QA instance broken -- Can't load any results, Activity page #406

QA instance appears to be broken.  The homepage loads, but that's about it.

I can't do the following:
- Can't search (the map doesn't render and location doesn't get set)
- Can't view activity page (freezes on the activity page)
- Can't change location (doesn't do anything)
